SMS, WhatsApp, and webchat communication tools, and other associated services for small businesses.

HeyHo Systems provides a suite of software tools aimed at enhancing business communication and automating processes such as scheduling,
customer interaction, and business operations management. We offer APIs for integration with business systems, as well as direct
communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) to streamline customer engagement.
Use of WhatsApp and Communication Tools
Our services enable small businesses to use WhatsApp for scheduling appointments, customer inquiries, and other communication.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the use of WhatsApp for business-related purposes, including appointment
scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer support. Businesses are responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s terms of service
and data policies when using the platform through our services.
Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken under your account. You agree to notify
HeyHo Systems immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using our services to
transmit any offensive, abusive, or harmful content, or engaging in activities that disrupt or harm our platform. You must comply with
all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
Subscription and Fees
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay the applicable
subscription fees, which may vary depending on the plan selected. Fees are subject to change, and HeyHo Systems will notify users
of any changes to subscription pricing in advance.

Our platform may offer integrations with third-party services, including, but not limited to, WhatsApp, SMS gateways,
and cloud-based tools. While we facilitate these integrations, we are not responsible for the functionality, security, or terms of
service of these third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party services
you use through our platform.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services
HeyHo Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our platform at any time if you breach these Terms,
engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform, and any outstanding
fees will become immediately due.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyHo Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party service
failures. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the six
months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HeyHo Systems, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages,
or costs arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to Services and Terms
HeyHo Systems may modify these Terms or its services at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or
platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
